invitation suite process

step 1

I have a Services Guide I am happy to send to any couple that is interested in working together. This goes over a little bit about my process and what you can expect when working together. We then set up an appointment (over Zoom) to go over your overall vision for your big day. We chat about how we can customize the perfect stationery suite for you and any other details to make it one of a kind. After our call, I create a Proposal based on what we discussed along with a mood board. I will send you a Proposal within 2-3 days.

Step 2

Hooray! If you are moving forward you have approved the Proposal, signed your contract and paid a deposit. After placing your order, I will create a specific timeline for your wedding paper delivery, “due dates” , and create a shared drive that we can both access to stay organized. I will then take your vision and create some rough mock-ups for your review. This is to make sure we are on the right track. I will send you 2-3 rough mock-ups to review and if you are happy with one we will move forward with that one for the Proof. I will then fine tune the mock up into something as close to the real suite as possible. This will include specific design details, colors, and fonts or calligraphy (similar to picture above)

Step 3

Once you’ve approved the full stationery suite, we’re ready to bring your order to life! At this point, I have sent you all the final files to review and you have signed off on paper, quantities, colors, etc. We then send everything to print. Once I receive everything back from the professional printer I then add the calligraphy to the outer envelopes, if that was ordered. It is then assembly time and then I ship everything off back to you.

If you are also ordering Day of Wedding Paper goods, we have discussed all of this in the Proposal phase and the design is started but isn’t fully finished until 4-6 weeks before your waiting.
